Mehul Mehta

Co-founder & CEO

Mehul is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Dissero Consulting. Mehul has over 25 years of consulting experience in Investor Relation, Financial PR and Transaction Communications. During the course of his career, Mehul has consulted more than 150 companies in varied sectors across market capitalisation range. Prior to starting Dissero Consulting, Mehul has worked at a senior level positions at some of the prominent IR and PR consultancies. Mehul’s core expertise are CXO level counselling on Investor Relations, corporate positioning and messaging. Mehul is a chartered accountant and is based out of Mumbai and Pune.

Chintan Mehta

Co-founder

Chintan is co-founder of Dissero Consulting. He has 20 years of experience in equity research, fund management, and Investor Relations counselling. Prior to co-founding Dissero Consulting, Chintan started his career as a metals and mining analyst with Asit C Mehta, later an Analyst and a fund manager at Sunidhi Securities Family office for 10 years, and Metals & Mining Analyst at B&K Securities. Chintan also spent close to 4 years as a Director of IR practice at Dickenson. Chintan’s core expertise include developing compelling equity stories and executing effective outreach programs for listed companies. Chintan is closely associated with the Family Office of Lloyds Group. Chintan is a chartered accountant and is based out of Mumbai.
